Ask About Parking

Location & access

On the US-75 corridor, built for work trucks.

Most contractors outgrow the driveway long before they can justify a yard, and the step in between is hard to find. A storage unit has no office and no power for tools. A warehouse lease wants five years and 5,000 feet. A shared shop means somebody else decides when you can get in. This is sized for the crew with three trucks, a trailer and a materials problem that keeps growing.

The details that matter are the boring ones. The door is fourteen feet, so the enclosed trailer goes inside instead of sitting out in the weather. The shop has heat and air, so a cold morning does not slow the load out and August does not ruin your adhesives. There is a private office for estimates, permits and payroll. And there is a shower, which every trade recognises as the line between a warehouse and a shop you can actually work out of.

We serve the whole corridor. Here is your city:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I park work trucks and trailers here?

Yes. The lot is paved with room for crew vehicles and trailers, and a semi can move through the site. If you need dedicated overflow, secure outdoor storage and parking spots go separately.

Will an enclosed trailer fit through the door?

Fourteen feet clears most enclosed and dump trailers, box trucks, skid steers and towable equipment. Bring your tallest rig when you come out and we will measure it with you.

Is there a bathroom and a place to clean up?

Every unit has a full bathroom with a shower. Trades ask about this more than almost anything else, and it is the clearest difference between this and a plain warehouse.

Is the shop heated and cooled?

Yes, both halves. Adhesives, paint, caulk and finished millwork hold up through the summer, and a cold morning does not slow the load out.

Can I store materials and inventory inside?

Yes. Industrial concrete floors, meant for racking, staging and materials. What you keep in there has to square with your lease and with fire code, and we will go through the specifics for your trade before you sign.

Can I run a crew out of here in the early morning?

You have access to your own unit. Tell us what time your crew actually starts and we will confirm the gate and lot details before you sign.

What does it cost, all in?

Units start at $2,850 a month for 1,950 square feet. Water, common area maintenance and lot upkeep are in that. You pay your own electric and internet, with fiber from Frontier starting around $49. Nothing else gets stacked on top.

I am outgrowing a storage unit. Is this the right next step?

Usually, yes. A storage unit gives you square footage and nothing else. No office, no power for tools, no bathroom, and most agreements do not let you run a business out of one anyway. This is the step that fixes all of that at once.
